The Embodied Living Mentorship is a 1-month online journey where we study, learn, and practice together. It is designed to help you understand your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build practical foundations for embodied living.
Unlike a one-time session, this mentorship gives you time, structure, and support. Each weekend, we meet for a 3-hour live online session where you will be guided through teachings, practices, reflection, and Q&A. Throughout the week, you will receive support and mentorship through WhatsApp as you continue integrating the practices into your daily life.
Together, we will explore nervous system regulation, somatic embodiment practices, breath, awareness, and plant wisdom integration. You will not just receive healing - you will learn how to support yourself, regulate your body, understand your inner patterns, and live with more presence and awareness.
During this mentorship, you will learn practices and tools that support your body, mind, and nervous system. The intention is not to overwhelm you with information, but to help you develop a lived understanding of your body and healing process.
Each practice will be taught, experienced, discussed, and integrated.
The mentorship is structured as a guided course with live practice and personal support. Every weekend, we meet for a 3-hour live online session. These sessions may include teaching, guided somatic practices, breathwork, plant wisdom study, meditation, reflection, and Q&A.
During the week, you will receive simple practices, study material, reflections, and guidance to help you continue the work on your own. You will also have WhatsApp mentorship support, so your questions, experiences, and challenges can be addressed as they arise.
You are not expected to figure it out alone. You are supported as you learn, practice, and slowly embody the work.
This mentorship is for you if you want to understand your body and nervous system more deeply, rather than only seeking temporary relief.
No previous experience with somatic work, meditation, or plant wisdom is required. You only need openness, curiosity, and willingness to practice.
